Perfect Steak
When you travel from coast to coast across America, there’s one thing we can all agree on and that is that there is nothing like a nice big juicy steak.... But the one thing we can’t agree on is what’s the best way to prepare a steak so that it is absolutely perfect. We want our steaks any where from rare to well done and everything in between. So, what we’re going to present is for our first is what we call “The Perfect Steak”.
For this steak, you’ll need to fire up the grill. We recommend using a charcoal starter to get the coals beaming hot and white. Be sure to clean your grill grate before you begin. Although you could use any cut of beef, we recommend one inch thick ribeyes. Take a large dish and submerge your ribeyes in worstershire sauce. Don’t skimp! Add a Coca Cola to the marinade. Throw a few garlic cloves in if you got them. Let them sit in this marinade for one hour. After the first marinade, soak the ribeyes in apple cider vinegar for 30 minutes. Then, place the ribeyes back in the original marinade for another hour. The meat is now ready. Place the steaks on the hot grill directly over the coals. Douse a heavy amount of season salt on the ribeyes. Follow up with a heavy douse of pepper. Flip the steaks and repeat the process. Grill the steaks to your desired level of completeness... (well done, medium well, or medium). Flip several times to prevent burning. Then serve!
